Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water , my friend . ---------------------Bruce Lee To train intention well,we need to come down be relaxed and quiet internally. De-stress calligraphy will awaken you to the beauty of each moment. It will bring inner joy and cultivate the ability to lie fully in the moment,rather than in some future projection or past memory. When you mind and body are relaxed,the breath will naturally follow the movements like running water. It like the calligraphy master who is one with his brush strokes,imbued with intention and spirit,we should endeavor to express our inner nature through every movement.
